Individual reservations can be canceled free of charge up to one day before arrival. If canceled later, we will charge 80% of the room rate if the room cannot be re-let. The same applies to late arrivals or early departures.
Special conditions apply to group reservations and seminar packages.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Our hotel rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure.
